Event Mitigation Plan
Due to the nature of the Covid-19 pandemic and the need to follow all state and local
guidelines, please read and adhere to these steps not only for your safety and that of
others, but also to ensure that we can continue to have events at this venue and in the
state of Montana.
Event will be limited to:
20 staff members or volunteers
All staff, contestants, and volunteers will be screened before entering the property for
signs of COVID-19.
If anyone at this event begins to feel sick, please remove yourself from the premises. If
you are not able to do so we will have an ambulance on site to remove you at your own
There will be a bathroom attendant on hand for the entire event.
There will be barriers in place that will allow and assist customers to maintain the proper
social distancing at all Food, Beverage, and Merchandise areas.
Merchandise, food and beverage sales and outhouses will be cleaned and disinfected
before and after each performance of this event.
While at this event we urge everyone, spectators, staff, and contestants to strictly
adhere to groups of less Fifty (50) individuals and/or only the individuals that you
travelled with to this event. Please refrain from moving from one group to another.
Please stay in your original group.
We ask you to practice safe social distancing by maintaining a distance of no less than
six (6) feet between yourself and others whenever possible.
Individuals who attend this event should continue to practice good hygiene by adhering
to the following guidelines:
Wash your hands with soap and water or use hand sanitizer, especially after touching
frequently used items or surfaces.
Avoid touching your face.
Sneeze or cough into a tissue, or the inside of your elbow.
Disinfect frequently used items and surfaces as much as possible.
Strongly consider using non-medical face coverings while in public.
All high risk or vulnerable individuals should continue to follow the stay-at-home
guidance and not attend this event. Members of households with high risk or vulnerable
residents should be aware that by attending this event, they could carry the virus back
home. Precautions should be taken to isolate from vulnerable residents. “High Risk or
Vulnerable Individuals” is defined as people over 65 years of age, people with serious
underlying health conditions, including high blood pressure, chronic lung disease,
diabetes, obesity, or asthma, and people whose immune system is compromised such
as by chemotherapy for cancer or other conditions requiring such therapy.
People who feel ill should stay at home. Do not attend this event for symptoms to
include fever, shortness of breath, cough and/or loss of smell or taste. Contact and
follow the advice of your medical provider. Follow local health department guidance on
isolation and quarantine procedures.
We urge everyone to bring hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes with them to this event
as well as their own Personal Protective Equipment that they feel is necessary to
ensure the safety of themselves as well as others.
This event is held on Private Property and we as the owners of the property and
producers of this event will reserve the right to ask anyone whom we feel is NOT
attempting to follow the guidelines set forth in this plan to vacate the premises.
By attending this event you are agreeing that you have read, understand, and agree to the Event
Mitigation Plan that has been created for this event and you are excepting the responsibility and
terms therein and also that by coming to this event you are potentially exposing yourself to the
COVID -19 virus and you accept sole responsibility and risk by doing so.
